Miele Custom Plans - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • All Miele products sold at any Miele Chartered Agent for which Miele Pricing, Miele Advantage and Miele Advantage Plus Pricing is available purchased on or after July 17, 2009 qualify for the benefits outlined under the applicable Miele Custom Plan.
  • Purchase must be made directly with Miele through an authorized Miele Chartered Agent.
  • Benefits outlined under Miele Pricing, Miele Advantage and Miele Advantage Plus may not be for sale individually.
  • Offer is not available to dealers, builders or contractors. Offer is available on retail purchases ONLY. This claim cannot be combined with any other Miele offer. Offer is open to Canadian residents only. Delivery and Installation are not included.
  • Floor models do not qualify for the benefits that are part of the Miele Custom Plans.
  • Miele Ltd. (Miele, we, us, our) reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the benefits outlined below and these terms & conditions without prior notice or liability.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions included on this website.

Miele Custom Plans - Eligibility and Restrictions of Benefits

You are entitled to the following benefits if you choose 'Miele Pricing':

  1. One-on-one relationship with Miele Canada
    • Any Miele product purchased at any Miele Chartered Agent is directly with Miele. You are entitled to contact Miele directly prior to and after the purchase of your Miele products.
  2. Instant Access to Miele Customer Care Centre
    • You are entitled to contact our Customer Care Specialist directly for any assistance you may require regarding Miele products or Miele services. You can reach our Customer Service Representatives at 1.800.565.6435.
  3. Automatic Warranty Registration
    • You are neither required to register your Miele products with Miele in order to activate the Miele manufacturer's warranty nor to activate the extended warranty coverage, if applicable. Any Miele product you purchase through any Miele Chartered Agent is automatically registered with Miele at time of purchase. The commencement date of the product warranty is the delivery date of your Miele product.
  4. 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
    • All Miele products purchased through any Miele Chartered Agent come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. The commencement date of the 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty is the delivery date of your Miele product.
  5. 2 Year Total Miele Extended Warranty
    • You will receive one Year Total Miele Extended Warranty Coverage for the appliance for which you purchase Miele Certified Installation to equal a total of 2 Year Miele Warranty Coverage for the respective appliance. In addition, you will receive a 2 Year Total Miele Warranty on the installation performed by a Miele Certified Installer. Warranty coverage includes parts and labour.
  6. V.I.P Invitation to Miele Gallery Events
    • You will be sent an invitation to all Miele Gallery Events, unless you decide to opt out to receive any communication from Miele at time of purchase, including invitations to Miele Gallery Events. You have the option to opt-out / opt-in to receive communication from Miele, including, but not limited to, product updates, special offers and/or invitations to Miele Gallery Events, after time of purchase, by calling one of our Customer Care Specialists at 1.800.565.6435

  5. 5 Yr Total Miele Extended Warranty Included
    • The 'Miele Advantage' Plan includes a Miele Extended Warranty that add four(4) years to the standard 1-year Manufacturer's warranty to equal five(5) years of warranty coverage in total to the appliance for which you paid the 'Miele Advantage' price. A discount that equals or exceeds 10% is included in the 'Miele Advantage' price for the appliance that is covered with the 4 Yr Total Miele Extended Warranty. The discount is calculated based on Miele pricing of a 5 Yr Total Miele Extended Warranty purchased after the date of purchase for that appliance prior to applicable taxes.
  6. Miele Culinary Institute Events
    • You are eligible for priority registration to all Miele Culinary Events. Seating is limited at most Miele Culinary Institute Events. For every Miele Culinary Institute Event, Miele reserves seats for Miele Advantage and Miele Advantage Plus customers. However, Miele reserves the right change or cancel any Miele Culinary Institute Event without notice and shall assume no liability of any financial loss that might arise. Redemption of vouchers that entitle you to participate in one or more Miele events held at any of our Miele Culinary Institute Locations is limited to the redemption of two (2) passes per household per event.
  7. Miele Culinary Institute: MasterClass
    • You must pay 'Miele Advantage' price for at least one product to be eligible for a complimentary MasterClass at the Miele Culinary Institute. All products outlined on single sales order are considered one purchase. You are eligible for one complimentary MasterClass of your choice at the Miele Culinary Institute per purchase only, even if purchase consists of multiple products. A complimentary pass for MasterChef Class is per person and for single use only and may be transferred to a 3rd party and will be sent to delivery address outlined in applicable sales order within 12 weeks of delivery of the Miele appliance for which you paid 'Miele Advantage' price. A complimentary pass for a MasterChef Class has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed at Miele Galleries offering MasterChef classes.
  8. V.I.P. Invitation to Miele Gallery Events
    • You will be sent an invitation to all Miele Gallery Events, unless you decide to opt out to receive any communication from Miele at time of purchase, including invitations to Miele Gallery Events. You have the option to opt-out / opt-in to receive communication from Miele, including, but not limited to, product updates, special offers and/or invitations to Miele Gallery Events, after time of purchase, by calling one of our Customer Care Specialists at 1.800.565.6435.
  9. Miele CareCollection Bonus
    • You must pay 'Miele Advantage' price for at least one product to receive coupon. All products outlined on single sales order are considered one purchase. You will be sent only one coupon per purchase, even if purchase consists of multiple products. You will be sent one complimentary coupon that entitles you to a discount of $25 on a purchase equal to or greater than $75 before applicable taxes. Coupon may only be redeemed for purchase on Miele Boutique. Purchase may only be placed online through www.miele.ca, by calling our Customer Contact Center at 1.800.565.6435 or by visiting a Miele Gallery. Coupon will be sent to you within 12 weeks of delivery of appliance for which you paid 'Miele Advantage Plus' price. Coupon is for single use only. Any unused amount of coupon after purchase is forfeit. Coupon may be transferred to 3rd party. Coupon has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Coupon has expiry date.   10. Miele Email Concierge Service
    • You will have complimentary access to our Email Concierge Service. The Email Concierge Service is a genuine Miele service guaranteeing you priority access to our Miele Customer Care Specialists. You may send questions, concerns or inquiries to the Email Concierge Service. Miele will attempt to respond to your inquiries no later than 72 hours after your request is received. However, Miele shall assume no liability of any financial loss that might arise as a result of a delayed, missing or incomplete response.

A discount that equals or exceeds 10% is included in the 'Miele Advantage Plus' price for the appliance that is covered with the 10 Yr Total Extended Care Certificate. The discount is calculated based on Miele pricing of a 10 Yr Total Extended Care Certificate (ECC) purchased after the date of purchase for that appliance prior to applicable taxes.
  6. Miele Culinary Institute Events

  11. Miele Complete Appliance Check-up
    • You must pay 'Miele Advantage Plus' price for at least one product to be eligible for Complete Appliance Check-up. All products outlined on single sales order are considered one purchase. You are eligible for one Complete Appliance Check-up per purchase only and per calendar year, even if purchase consists of multiple products. Miele Complete Appliance Check-up may only be requested and conducted in conjunction with a Service visit. Charges for Service visit apply, unless repair for which you request Service visit is covered under 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty or through a 5 or 10 Yr Total Extended Care Certificate (ECC) already purchased prior to Service visit. Miele Complete Appliance Check-up consists of a basic diagnostic test of all Miele appliances already installed at location for which Service visit is requested. Miele Complete Appliance Check-up will only be carried out at time of Service visit and will be carried out by Miele Service Technician on site and only if Service visit is carried out by Miele Service Technician. Miele Complete Appliance Check-up does not cover costs of labour and parts for any repair to any Miele products. If repair to any Miele products is required as a result of Miele Complete Appliance Check-up, additional Service visit may be required.
  12. Miele Appliance Recycling Pick-up
    • You must pay 'Miele Advantage Plus' price for at least one product to be eligible for Miele Appliance Recycling Pick-up. All products outlined on single sales order are considered one purchase. You are eligible for one Miele Appliance Recycling Pick-up per purchase only, even if purchase consists of multiple products. Miele Appliance Recycling Pick-up is only available within 100km radius of the following metropolitan areas: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. Miele Appliance Recycling Pick-up covers the pick up and recycling of your existing appliance(s) that is (are) to be replaced by Miele appliance(s) outlined in sales order that contains Miele appliance for which you paid 'Miele Advantage Plus' price. Miele will pick up and recycle your existing appliance(s) at time of delivery of your Miele appliance(s). Only equivalent appliance(s) to those that we delivery to you will be picked up and recycled. Your appliance(s) that are to be recycled must be removed from cabinetry, if applicable, disconnected from power source and/or water source, if applicable, in order for qualifying appliance(s) to be picked up and recycled.
